We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate our services, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Data Security and Privacy Risk: Sharing login credentials across different Third-Party Partner Websites involves transmitting your authentication details from Kmintings to external websites and servers. Although we implement security measures to protect your information, using shared credentials introduces an added risk of unauthorized access, if there is a security breach or vulnerability in any of the interconnected systems. You should also take care to activate additional measures such as using two-factor authorization (“2FA”).

4. User Behavior Monitoring Risk: The shared login functionality enables Third-Party Partner Websites to track your activity across multiple platforms using the same credentials. While this is designed to improve your user experience, likewise your behavior and interactions across different Third-Party Partner Websites can be correlated and potentially impact your privacy.

5. Third-Party Policies Risk: Each Third-Party Partner Website will have its own terms of use, privacy policy, and security practices. By using shared login credentials, you acknowledge that you are subject to the policies and practices of both Kmintings’ Platform and the Third-Party Partner Websites. Users agree to review and understand each policy, terms and conditions, and other related documentation before using the shared login feature.

Kmintings encourages Users to consult with qualified professionals before making any decisions on the Services provided through our Platform and before using any Third Party-Partner Website.

7. Data and Security Breach Risk: Kmintings disclaims any liability for damage of any kind caused by data losses on computer servers, hacking, cyber security breaches, and/or any other types of losses. You further acknowledge that Kmintings is not responsible for any of these variables or risks and is not liable for any resulting losses that you experience while accessing or using a Third Party-Partner Website.

8. Technology Associated Risk:

Due to the irreversible nature of distributed ledger technology and the inseparability of private-key and security words of blockchain-related products and services, any tokens minted, and any transactions completed, are your sole responsibility. Further, there is an inherent risk related to the minting process which you should be aware of. In particular, you should be aware of the following blockchain technology associated risks:

8.1 Price volatility - digital assets are complex products and are therefore not suitable for everyone. The value of digital assets is based on market sentiment and supply and demand therefore many digital assets are subject to sudden and extreme price fluctuations, and they are speculative in nature. You can lose a large amount of money or even all the money you have invested.

8.2 Misleading information - there is a lot of disinformation surrounding digital assets, and you should always do your own research and complete due diligence on a particular asset before investing your time and money. Information, whether accurate or otherwise, has the capability to affect the price of a particular asset.

8.3 Decentralization - the decentralized nature of digital assets means that there is no central organization governing the digital asset, and this means you will therefore not enjoy the usual rights and protections that you are entitled to under centralized regulated services and there is a perceived lack of protection.

8.4 Fraud and Bad Actors - there is a risk that some fraudulent digital assets enter the market and that you fall victim to a scam. You should be aware of the risks involved and agree that it is solely your responsibility to check the validity and veracity of a transaction and any project you become involved in.

8.5 Market Manipulation - the market value of virtual assets and the execution of transactions are often not transparent. You may not get a fair price when buying or selling virtual assets, or you may not be able to sell your virtual assets due to liquidity problems that can arise. The virtual assets market is susceptible to market manipulation, and there are several factors outside the control of Kmintings, which could influence the value of your virtual assets.

8.6 Legal and Regulatory - Minting may be subject to legal and regulatory requirements, which could change over time. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in fines, penalties, or other legal consequences.

Kmintings provides its Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
